Revenue Cycle Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Payer Liaison to facilitate communication between Revenue Cycle Operations and various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workgroups with Payers and maintain relationships, project plans, and issue resolution negotiations
• Prepare and present information for cross-functional team meetings and coordinate implementation activities for new Payer contracts
• Monitor Payer policy changes and contribute to process improvement initiatives within Revenue Cycle Operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Healthcare Management, Finance, or related field; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 3-5 years of Healthcare Billing/Revenue Cycle Management experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Epic system functionality is preferred
• Knowledge of revenue cycle workflows related to physician-based processes
