Revenue Cycle Management Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing the setup of Revenue Cycle systems and processes for new and existing client implementations, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Management Implementation Account Manager will coordinate with internal teams and clients, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates for successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Meet regularly with internal and external stakeholders for Epic implementations and changes
• Complete necessary documentation for building and updating Epic file maintenance
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Practice Management configuration related to revenue cycle management

Required qualifications

• High School Graduate minimum; BS preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years coordinating functional areas of revenue cycle management
• 3+ years' experience in practice management application configuration and implementation
• Strong knowledge of CPT and ICD10 coding within a practice setting
• Experience with project management within a revenue cycle management department preferred
