Revenue Cycle Management Advisor

Job Summary

Focusing on strategically optimizing the Part B revenue cycle, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Quality & Performance Management Advisor will analyze KPIs, drive improvements, and report performance to senior leadership while coordinating staff activities and collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice and guidance to enhance revenue cycle operations, analyzing data and preparing reports for management
• Manage business staff activities, ensuring projects progress on schedule and within budget while implementing process improvements
• Collaborate with Information Services and Finance to ensure synchronization of information systems and monitor vendor performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Demonstrated experience in front-end revenue cycle and physician billing
• Proficiency in advanced Excel features and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Word
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret reports and draw meaningful conclusions
