Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Create reporting to monitor denial rates, charge capture, and accounts receivable (A/R) metrics
• Identify root causes of rejected claims and collaborate with billing teams to correct errors
• Analyze billing procedures to increase collections and improve cash flow

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Health Administration, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years in revenue cycle management and healthcare billing using medical billing software or EMR
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Deep understanding of ICD-10, CPT coding, and payer policies
