Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCM System Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time operational support to the RCM team and troubleshoot billing issues
• Analyze data to identify revenue leakage and develop performance monitoring dashboards
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and support revenue optimization initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant fields
• Minimum of 5 years of Revenue Cycle experience in a healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle processes
• Experience with major EHR systems and data visualization tools preferred
• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification preferred
