Revenue Cycle Management Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Revenue Cycle Management team, the full-time remote Advisor, Revenue Cycle Management Analyst will manage monthly reporting, forecasting, and the implementation of technology and AI-driven solutions to enhance data insights and project execution across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the RCM team during the monthly close process and provide timely and accurate actual RCM results
• Forecast future RCM impacts and analyze key drivers during monthly variance reviews to communicate findings to Finance leadership
• Champion the adoption of AI and automation tools within the RCM team while designing executive dashboards for visibility into key RCM metrics

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, or Commercial Finance, with a focus on revenue analytics and forecasting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in Tableau or similar BI/data visualization tools preferred
• Familiarity with EPM systems for forecast loading and reporting
• Exposure to AI tools and a strong interest in automation and process improvement within a finance context
