Revenue Cycle Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the monitoring and coordination of operational performance for assigned Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) vendors, the full-time Revenue Cycle Management Vendor Relations Analyst will track performance, document issues, and prepare reports for leadership review while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supports the monitoring of operational performance for assigned RCM vendors across defined workflows
• Serves as a point of contact between RCM Operations, Vendor Management, and vendor teams to facilitate communication and issue follow-up
• Participates in regular vendor performance reviews by preparing standard reports and tracking action items for leadership review

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations
• Some experience supporting vendor relationships or cross-functional coordination
• Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer fundamentals
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas and pivot tables
