Key Responsibilities

Review EOBs and match postings in the system
Identify and correct posting errors of payments and adjustments
Research and initiate refunds on credit balances for insurances and patients

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
Experience reading EOBs
Knowledge of primary, secondary, and tertiary insurances
Ability to navigate diverse software applications effectively
