Key Responsibilities
- Oversee intervention strategies for complex customer issues and improve customer experience
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to communicate progress and insights
- Build and maintain partnerships across teams to ensure a holistic customer journey
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in issue management or customer experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working cross-functionally in a complex organization
- Proven track record of leading and inspiring large teams
- Strong understanding of Healthcare IT and related challenges
