Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee intervention strategies for complex customer issues and improve customer experience
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to communicate progress and insights
  • Build and maintain partnerships across teams to ensure a holistic customer journey
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in issue management or customer experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a complex organization
  • Proven track record of leading and inspiring large teams
  • Strong understanding of Healthcare IT and related challenges
