Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the fully remote Revenue Cycle Management Associate Director will lead the insurance division, overseeing daily operations, team development, and client partnerships while ensuring alignment with financial performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for the Insurance division, focusing on productivity, quality, and performance metrics
• Oversee and develop frontline leadership teams to enhance accountability and employee engagement
• Support client relationships through operational oversight and collaboration with internal departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent operational leadership experience
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing operational teams
• Strong understanding of insurance follow-up, denials management, and revenue recovery operations
• Proficiency with operational systems and Microsoft Office applications
