Revenue Cycle Management Director

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiencies in Revenue Cycle Management, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Management Director will develop and implement strategic projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and establish key performance indicators to measure success.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct process assessments to identify gaps and develop strategic initiatives for operational efficiency
• Design, communicate, and implement Revenue Cycle Management initiatives while maintaining open communication with team members
• Evaluate potential projects for impact, define key analytics, and report on financial outcomes and project objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field, with medical billing and accounts receivable experience preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience, including 3 years in a leadership role within a home infusion setting
• Strong knowledge of accounting procedures, healthcare terminology, and billing processes for government and insurance carriers
• Project Management Certification is required
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Monday is essential
