Revenue Cycle Management Director

Job Summary

Directing the operations of the Central Business Office, the full-time salaried Revenue Cycle Management Director will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, oversee billing and collections, and mentor staff to achieve cash collection goals in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and direct the operations, programs, and activities of the Central Business Office
• Provide leadership and guidance for insurance benefit verification, authorization, and timely billing
• Establish relationships across multiple entities and ensure familiarity with each institution's computer environment and payer contracts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
• CRCE/CMPA/CHFP certification preferred, with leadership experience in industry organizations encouraged
• Minimum of ten years of hospital receivables/operations management experience, with six years in a management role
• Experience in revenue cycle management projects and redesign initiatives in a centralized business office environment
• Proven ability to use team building and quality management concepts to enhance the work environment
