Revenue Cycle Management Director

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Management Director will develop and implement strategic projects focused on systems and automation while ensuring adherence to revenue cycle policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct process assessments to identify gaps and develop strategic initiatives for operational efficiencies
• Design, communicate, and implement Revenue Cycle Management initiatives while establishing Key Performance Indicators to measure success
• Evaluate potential projects for business impact and facilitate team discussions to drive process improvement and root cause analysis

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field, with medical billing and accounts receivable experience preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience, including 3 years in a leadership role within a home infusion setting
• Project Management Certification
• Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and healthcare terminology, with experience in government and insurance billing
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Monday
