Job Summary
Partnering closely with the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, the full-time Revenue Cycle Management Lead will analyze data, improve workflows, and provide mentorship to a small team, all within a fully remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted partner to the Director of Revenue Cycle Management
- Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide day-to-day support and mentorship to a team of two revenue cycle team members
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of dental and/or orthodontic revenue cycle experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to coach and support others in a collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
