Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Lead to manage accounts receivable and collection efforts for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic initiatives to improve billing outcomes and productivity
• Handle complex issues related to insurance accounts, including appeals and denials
• Ensure timely follow-up on denials and underpayments, maintaining accurate billing rules

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school graduate or GED certification
• Experience in healthcare insurance collecting and knowledge of medical billing processes
• Familiarity with surgical claims and denials
• Proficient in computers and Windows-driven software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience working in an Ancillary/Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) is preferred
