Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end revenue cycle performance, including claims submission and denial management
• Manage external billing vendors and monitor performance against KPIs
• Analyze trends in denials and reimbursement variance to deliver data-driven recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare operations
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and claims lifecycle management
• Experience with EFT/ERA setup and payer enrollment processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational action
• Experience in a high-growth or startup healthcare environment is preferred
