Job Summary

Driving strategic improvement in revenue cycle management, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Management Lead will define claim success benchmarks, own coding automation strategies, and manage eligibility performance metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define claim success benchmarks and monitor performance for new service line launches
• Own the coding automation roadmap and conduct recurring coding accuracy audits
• Manage eligibility performance metrics and build a performance dashboard in partnership with Engineering

Required qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret metrics and dashboards
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Deep domain expertise in coding, eligibility, and claims mechanics
• Experience in defining strategic roadmaps while also executing hands-on tasks
• Comfortable measuring success through outcomes rather than team size
