Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of RCM Account Managers across multiple client accounts
• Serve as the primary internal escalation point for client issues, collaborating with various teams
• Monitor client health and engagement quality, ensuring all contracted services are executed effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of the full RCM lifecycle, including eligibility and payment posting
• Experience managing client-facing teams in a healthcare or RCM services environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across dynamic client portfolios
• Familiarity with automation tools and EMR systems is preferred
