Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing operations and ensure metrics are met for clean charge submission and accounts receivable
• Manage billing denials and implement action plans to reduce recurrence while auditing claims for accuracy
• Build and maintain standardized billing SOPs and mentor a team of billers, providing coaching and performance feedback

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing medical billers and 1+ years in medical billing
• Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks, including running and actioning reports
• Familiarity with telehealth billing codes and proficiency in clearinghouses like Availity
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCFA 1500, HIPAA, and payer regulations
• Preferred certifications include CPC or CPB
