Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Revenue Cycle Management to lead operational performance across revenue cycle functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for revenue cycle teams and vendor partners
• Drive accountability for performance against KPIs and operational metrics
• Lead people management activities, including coaching and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, accounting, or a related field
• 7-10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management with exposure to operations
• 3-5+ years of people leadership experience in RCM or healthcare operations
• Experience managing outsourced RCM vendors and driving operational improvements
• Strong knowledge of payer requirements and denial management strategies
