Revenue Cycle Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle management across all payer types, focusing on Original Medicare and value-based contracts
• Develop and maintain billing protocols and establish patient billing workflows to enhance the patient experience while ensuring collection integrity
• Manage third-party billing vendor relationships and oversee claims and clearinghouse platform operations

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of primary care revenue cycle, including relevant billing rules and documentation requirements
• Direct experience managing third-party billing vendors and claims/clearinghouse platforms
• Experience with risk adjustment operations and HCC coding
• Familiarity with AI applications in revenue cycle management
• Experience in a startup or high-growth healthcare company is a plus
