Revenue Cycle Management Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Revenue Cycle Management Specialist will manage accounts receivable follow-up, payment posting, and account auditing to ensure accurate financial records and timely resolution of outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform AR follow-up to resolve unpaid claims, denials, and aged balances through appropriate actions
• Audit accounts for accurate claim submission and payment application while maintaining compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clean claims and quick resolution of issues while monitoring key revenue cycle metrics

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in dental office workflows and revenue cycle functions, including insurance verification and payment posting
• Knowledge of reimbursement and compliance processes with various payors
• Experience with practice management software and strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Organized work habits with proven attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) credentials preferred
