Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reviews of patient accounts to verify credit balances and investigate overpayments
• Analyze insurance recovery letters and refund requests to determine appropriate fund allocation
• Communicate with insurance carriers to identify overpayment sources and ensure accurate fund application
