Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Revenue Cycle Management Specialist will perform insurance adjudication, customer service, and patient collection tasks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform insurance adjudication and manage customer service and patient collection functions
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and support business goals
• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to insurance and patient billing
