Job Summary
Serving as the primary communication point for clients, the full-time RCM Success Specialist will manage inquiries related to patient claims, payer configurations, and billing workflows while working remotely to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary communication point between RCM operations and customers
- Respond to inquiries related to patient claims, payer configurations, and billing workflows
- Work cross-functionally with internal RCM teams to identify issues and coordinate resolutions
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM)
- Strong understanding of EDI, ERA, and clearinghouse workflows preferred
- Comfortable using ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and EHR/RCM tools
- Familiarity with reimbursement processes and clinical workflows in therapy settings preferred
- A college degree is preferred but not required; critical thinking and communication skills are essential
