Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the revenue cycle process and ensure operational flow
• Assist in training, setting department standards, and conducting staff meetings
• Resolve discrepancies, improve accuracy, and prepare reports for various departments

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• Two years of relevant experience in healthcare administration, billing, or insurance services
• Experience managing tasks in a Medicare certified HME or healthcare environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to co-manage in a multi-site environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
