Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, RCM Production Control.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise revenue cycle processes, including accounts receivable, denials management, and insurance follow-up
• Monitor key performance metrics, identify trends, and implement action plans to optimize claim submissions and payments
• Provide leadership, team development, and performance coaching to ensure a high-functioning, service-oriented department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in revenue cycle management within a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, medical billing, and coding (CPT/ICD-9/ICD-10)
• Radiology revenue cycle and billing experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements
