Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Revenue Cycle Management to oversee daily operations across revenue cycle functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations for assigned revenue cycle teams and vendor partners
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, performance metrics, and compliance requirements
• Monitor team and vendor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and serve as an escalation point for operational issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management with exposure to front-end and/or back-end processes
• 2-4+ years of supervisory experience within an RCM, billing, or healthcare operations environment
• Experience working with payer maintenance, billing operations, denial management, or cash posting functions
• Proven ability to support operational improvement initiatives and drive measurable performance results
