Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising the Intake and Reimbursement Processes, the full-time Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor will manage staff productivity and ensure timely payment for services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Revenue Cycle Manager in monitoring adherence to policies and conducting audits
• Evaluate employee productivity and performance to meet financial goals
• Provide training and support to new and existing Revenue Cycle staff

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of related supervisory experience or 2-5 years of progressive revenue cycle management experience
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Basic skill level in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Previous Infusion Reimbursement or Intake/Admissions experience is preferred
