Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising the Revenue Cycle Services Team, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor will mentor team members, oversee daily operations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality revenue cycle services to improve client efficiency and achieve revenue objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate the Revenue Cycle Team's performance and compliance with policies and procedures
• Coordinate daily team activities and provide hands-on support as needed to meet team goals
• Monitor key performance indicators and collaborate with management to enhance cash flow and reduce denials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Accounting, Math, Business, or related fields, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of related experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role in medical billing
• Extensive experience with MEDITECH and/or other EMR systems
• Complete understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and third-party billing requirements
• Experience in mentoring team members and creating action plans based on financial goals
