Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor

Job Summary

To ensure world-class service delivery, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor will oversee the Revenue Cycle Services Team, mentoring staff, monitoring workload, and enhancing operational efficiency through effective management of billing processes and outstanding accounts receivable.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the Revenue Cycle Team, delegating tasks and evaluating performance for quality and compliance
• Coordinate daily team activities to align with organizational priorities and perform revenue cycle analyst duties as needed
• Monitor key performance indicators to improve cash flow, reduce denials, and enhance overall revenue cycle integrity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Accounting, Math, Business, or related fields; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role within medical billing
• Experience with MEDITECH preferred, including implementation and optimization of EMR systems
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and third-party billing requirements
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, billing guidelines, HIPAA, and compliance regulations
