Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead New Employee Orientation and refresher courses across Revenue Cycle service lines
• Partner with Instructional Designers to refresh training materials and develop intuitive resources
• Oversee the full learning lifecycle, including granting access and tracking professional growth

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience
• At least 3 years of experience with EPIC
• At least 1 year of experience as an Electronic Health Record Trainer
• Proficiency in at least 1 EPIC certification
