Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and lead a team to meet performance metrics for charges, claims submissions, payments, refunds, denials, and AR follow-up
• Maintain fee schedule documents and master data tables, and integrate systems data for operational reporting
• Ensure communication with client contacts and provide feedback on coding and billing trends to the leadership team

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in medical billing, with knowledge of current trends across payer-mix
• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in outpatient facility coding
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in healthcare administration, business, accounting, or finance
• Experience in a multi-entity organization within the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and claims submission processes
