Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a revenue cycle team to ensure quality service and results
• Oversee billing, posting, and accounts receivable processes, including reconciliations and reporting
• Coach team members and manage performance metrics to meet established goals

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED certification; AA degree in Management preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in management, preferably in ambulatory surgery centers or hospital billing
• Experience with performance management and coaching in high-performing teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Prior experience in a medical setting or call center environment preferred
