Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Revenue Cycle to oversee the technical workforce and ensure departmental objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises department operations within the Central Billing Office and ensures compliance with receivable and collection policies
• Provides financial analysis and trend reports to identify process improvements and reduce costs
• Trains and mentors staff while managing performance evaluations and departmental goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Accounts Receivable
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and medical insurance terminology
• Experience with multi-entity healthcare organizations is preferred
