Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement RCM processes and systems to improve the revenue cycle and maximize cash collections
• Oversee all front-end and back-end revenue cycle operations, including billing processes and claims follow-up
• Manage patient communications regarding billing issues and ensure an excellent patient experience

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of revenue cycle and/or healthcare administration experience
• 2+ years of team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of CPT and ICD10 codes as well as HIPAA regulations
• Experience working with Athena Collector and partnering with cross-functional teams in a startup environment
• Experience implementing patient-friendly price transparency tools
