Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Net Revenue Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the processing of claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality measures
• Supervise the Patient Accounting department's operational and financial functions, providing feedback and training to staff
• Evaluate and implement system changes to enhance billing and collection processes for a $1.5 billion receivable stream

Required Qualifications

• Four years of experience in Revenue Cycle, Clinic Operations, Credentialing, Denials Management, or HB/PB Operations; two years in leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (four additional years)
• Knowledge of government regulations and payer requirements
• Experience with electronic billing systems and performance monitoring tools
• Ability to manage and mentor teams effectively within a healthcare setting
