Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager (Revenue Cycle Strategy & Analytics).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle improvement initiatives and provide support to direct reports
• Analyze data and present insights to stakeholders, ensuring each surgery center receives tailored RCM reports
• Develop and execute action plans to address revenue cycle challenges and improve stakeholder satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or healthcare administration; graduate degree preferred
• 6-8 years of experience in people management and/or healthcare operations or revenue cycle if holding an MS or MA
• 8-10 years of management experience in practice administration or healthcare reimbursement
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and commercial insurers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
