Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to provide operational leadership and manage revenue cycle teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a staff of coders, billers, and collectors
• Manage billed AR and denials to ensure customer contractual SLAs are consistently met
• Create detailed reports for leadership and lead weekly meetings with client executives

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience in managing back-end revenue cycle teams in a healthcare environment
• Knowledge of Cerner and/or Epic Revenue Cycle Management
• Experience managing the revenue cycle for acute care hospitals
• Strong analytics/data science skills
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college is preferred
