Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee the complete revenue cycle for assigned clients and manage staff development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff productivity, development, and attendance while ensuring compliance with organizational goals
• Develop and implement processes and best practices, while providing training to improve staff skills
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports to inform management of significant issues and compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial medical claims billing and patient accounting
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
• 3-5 years of management experience in a hospital business office overseeing billing and insurance functions
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial billing
• General knowledge of medical coding best practices and strong analytical skills
