Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all revenue cycle functions, including billing, collections, and denial management
• Serve as a strategic advisor to hospitals and health systems, participating in meetings with senior leadership
• Utilize AI-powered tools for denials, appeals, and eligibility verifications while tracking KPIs and revenue trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; certifications (e.g., CRCR, CPC) are a plus
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Familiarity with hospital systems and executive-level stakeholders preferred
• Proficient in medical coding standards (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and healthcare compliance
• Skilled with practice management systems, EHRs, and revenue management tools; experience with AI automation is beneficial
