Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff of cash applications, AR analysts, and collectors, ensuring effective performance and appropriate staffing
• Oversee process improvement initiatives to enhance the revenue cycle's performance and integrity
• Resolve escalated reimbursement issues and ensure compliance with billing practices across departments

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in healthcare financial operations or revenue cycle management
• Experience in workers' compensation or applicable healthcare settings
• Proven success in finance or collections, including account reconciliation
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of accounts receivable and collections
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
