Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager (Hybrid Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership to the RCM team, ensuring accuracy in daily functions
• Develop revenue cycle analysis by tracking key metrics related to patient engagement
• Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize reimbursement rates and minimize denials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in medical billing with increasing responsibilities
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical billing guidelines
• Experience with ICD Diagnoses, CPT codes, and Medicare billing rules
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
