Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily revenue cycle management operations, ensuring accurate charge capture and coding practices
• Manage billing work inventories and proactively address denials and underpayments
• Enhance performance tracking through KPIs and collaborate with IT for system improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• At least seven years of experience in revenue cycle management in healthcare
• Experience with commercial health insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare programs
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA
• Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and systems
