Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of billing, account payment posting, insurance follow-up, and account reconciliation
• Provide feedback on KPIs and department performance while managing staff accountability
• Collaborate with other departments to implement new processes and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5 years' experience in healthcare billing and patient accounting systems required
• 3 years in a management or supervisory role required
• 3 years' experience in a surgery center preferred
• Associate Degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of ASC billing and coding
