• Oversee invoicing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution processes
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead revenue cycle improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of revenue cycle management experience in clinical research or healthcare environments
• Strong understanding of billing compliance and accounts receivable processes
• Experience with multi-site operations and process standardization
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
