Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a revenue cycle team to ensure quality and productivity
• Manage billing processes, including resolving queries and ensuring compliance with billing rules
• Oversee accounts receivable metrics and ensure timely closure of financial periods

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED certification; AA degree in Management preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in managing within a medical billing environment
• Experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center, Surgical Hospital, or Hospital Billing
• Proven track record in performance management and coaching high-performing teams
• Prior experience in a medical setting or call center environment is strongly preferred
