Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a revenue cycle team to ensure quality results and productivity
• Oversee billing processes, including managing queries and ensuring compliance with billing rules
• Monitor accounts receivable metrics and ensure timely closing of financial periods

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED certification; AA degree in Management preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in managing within a medical billing or healthcare environment
• Experience with performance management and coaching high-performing teams
• Familiarity with Ambulatory Surgery Centers or hospital billing processes
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
