Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Cycle - Front End Ops.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages and guides the Revenue Cycle team towards achieving departmental objectives
• Develops and implements enterprise revenue cycle design and workflows
• Establishes performance improvement processes and collaborates with leadership on strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• 6-8 years of relevant experience required
• 2-5 years of leadership/management experience required
• Experience in financial management and budget oversight
• Ability to design and implement training programs for diverse adult learners
