Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead revenue cycle initiatives for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end revenue cycle projects, from assessment through implementation
• Oversee project teams, manage timelines and deliverables, and support executive decision-making with data-driven recommendations
• Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to team development through mentoring and sharing best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, IT, Healthcare Administration, or Business
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, advisory services, or provider revenue cycle operations
• Experience with commercial electronic health record systems, with Epic certification being a plus
• Strong understanding of reimbursement, payer regulations, and revenue integrity practices
• Healthcare industry-specific certifications are a plus
